Open mouthed

Don’t attempt to book Jon Holmes, Laura Shavin, Peter Dickson or Dave Kelly for a voiceover session on the evening of Tuesday 22 February.

They’re already booked to appear on stage at an open Radio Academy event on voiceovers.

It’s an open, ticketed event, free for Radio Academy members and just £10 for non-members. You normally get a free drink at Academy events too.

Given the panel it should be rather an entertaining evening. And given how often we hear their four voices on air it doesn’t seem any of them is short of work. I hope they all feel secure enough to offer genuine advice to new talent.
