Lee Harris, the top-of-the-hour morning news voice on New York’s all news, all the time station, 1010 WINS. Lee describes how the station carefully modernised its imaging, partly in response to insights gained from PPM audience data. Worry not – the famous teletype effect is still there. It’s the soul of the station.
