Competition update

Hello contest fans. Just to let you know that we drew the winners of the Hobsons Mystery Voice competition a few days ago. To avoid ballot rigging this exacting procedure was conducted far away from tampering fingers, surrounded by nothingness, on the edge of the Namibian desert.

We have a thoroughly deserving winner of the first prize and you can hear the draw and the winners names in the next Earshot Creative Review podcast.

The podcast itself is in the can but needs a bit of surgery. That’s what happens when you record in a pub. Needless to say, my guests James Stodd (BBC) and Matt Lomax (Kiss) were enlightening, fun and full of expertise worth sharing.

The audio should be snipped and cooked this weekend and, with thanks for your patience, it will be a bumper-length 60 minute edition.
