Listeners win a house with Heart

A family has won a new house with Heart in the West Midlands. The house is worth £250,000 which buys you a three bedroom detached home in Birmingham.

Heart’s competition mechanic involved getting keys into the hands of “deserving” listeners. Only one of the keys would open the door.

The classic hours-builder was organised with house-builder Damson Homes, keen to promote its new development in the Hall Green and Shirley* area of Birmingham.

Heart promoted the development’s progress in a series of on air updates and videos, culminating in this piece which captures the winning moment and all those raw emotions on the doorstep.

You can’t always guarantee an on-demo winner in competitions but Heart will be delighted with the profile of this winning family:

Phillip has been studying Social Work at Staffordshire University, while also working full-time to provide for his wife, Samantha, and their two boys, five year old William and two year old Oliver.
